These Terms of Service govern the use of the company's services and digital properties. By accessing or using the services, users accept these terms. The organization reserves the right to refuse service, terminate access, or impose conditions if these terms are not followed.
Acceptance of Terms
Use of the services implies agreement to these terms. If a user does not agree, they must not use the services. The organization may require explicit acceptance for certain services via separate agreements; when applicable, those agreements supersede these general terms with respect to the subject matter covered.
Service Usage
Users are expected to use services lawfully and in good faith. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, interference with service operations, and use of the services in a manner that infringes the rights of others. The organization may suspend access for suspected abusive or illegal behavior pending investigation.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the organization—designs, code, strategies, reports, and documentation—are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless a separate written agreement grants rights, the company retains ownership of intellectual property. Clients or users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for the purposes defined in the applicable engagement or agreement. Reuse, resale, or public distribution of proprietary materials without authorization is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The organization’s liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amounts paid by the user for the relevant services during the twelve months preceding the claim. The company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain liabilities; where prohibited, the liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable agreement. The organization may immediately terminate access to services in the event of material breach, insolvency, or illegal activity. Upon termination, rights and licenses granted will cease, and any outstanding fees for work performed up to termination will become due. Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination—such as confidentiality and intellectual property clauses—will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
The company may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of services after such revisions will constitute acceptance of the updated terms. When material changes occur, the organization will endeavor to provide notice, but users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to remain informed.
